The building features a Late 19th and 20th Century Mission / Spanish Colonial Revival architectural style that includes a red-tile roof and wide, overhanging eaves. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the depot now offers modern amenities as well as two different sized rooms to choose from, East and West. The impeccably-manicured depot grounds feature three Artscape sculptures and can easily accommodate small outdoor wedding ceremonies. In the middle of farm country, nestled back in the trees next to a flowing creek sits a big solid wood barn. The BARN seats 200 people comfortably, up to 250 snugly. It features a concrete floor, full kitchen, and bathrooms. Events can be held outdoors on the land or indoors. 

 Located in the Bricks Downtown Hays, Fox Pavilion LLC is one of the most favored venues for custom weddings in Kansas. Historic Taylor Barn is unique limestone barn built in 1879 by Eben Baldwin and German masons that once held stalls for 30 head of horse and a capacity of 80 tons of hay. The farm has been owned by the Taylors since 1947 and is currently a working farm owned by Debi & Charles Taylor.
